Ingredients
- 4-6 chicken thighs or drumsticks, skinless
- 2 tablespoons jerk seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced

- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1-2 Scotch bonnet peppers, whole (adjust for spice level)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: In a bowl, mix the jerk seasoning with olive oil. Rub this mixture all over the chicken pieces.
