  • 4-6 chicken thighs or drumsticks, skinless

  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1-2 Scotch bonnet peppers, whole (adjust for spice level)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions
