  • 3-4 pounds pork shoulder, trimmed and cut into large chunks
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 bay leaf

Instructions
