- 2 pounds pork shoulder, trimmed and cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 12 small corn or flour tortillas
