Not all pastas have to be traditional marinara or alfredo based. What if you craved pasta but wanted it to have the spicy kick of chili? Well, throw some chicken in the mix and this dish is the result! Can be made in several different variations and the heat can be turned up or down to your liking. Next time you have a pasta night, this one’s a real winner!
Ingredients:
1 pkg angel hair pasta
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
1/2 cup artichoke hearts
1/8 cup roasted garlic, minced
1 cup chicken breast chunks, cooked
1 tsp lemon juice
3 TBSP green onions
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup fresh parmasean cheese
1 tsp basil
Directions:
Cook angel hair by boiling in water over high heat to al dente. Remove from heat, strain and rinse off.
In large bowl, combine all other ingredients. Mix all very well. Enjoy this light bite!
