  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the Noodles: Boil the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
