Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and pureed
- 2 cups full-fat milk
- 1 cup condensed milk
- 1/2 cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (like pistachios or almonds, optional)
- 1 tablespoon rose or kewra essence (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Mango Puree: Peel and puree the ripe mangoes until smooth, set aside.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the full-fat milk, condensed milk, sugar, and ground cardamom until well combined.
- Add Mango: Stir in the mango puree into the milk mixture until fully blended.
- Optional Additions: If desired, mix in chopped nuts and rose or kewra essence for added flavor.
- Pour into Molds: Pour the mixture into kulfi molds or small cups, leaving some space at the top for expansion.
- Freeze: Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and freeze for at least 6 hours or until completely set.
- Serve: To serve, remove the kulfi from the molds and let sit for a few minutes at room temperature for easier removal. Enjoy!
