  • 1 cup glutinous rice flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut, sweetened or unsweetened (optional)
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions
