Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 1 head of garlic, roasted
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Chopped chives or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil the Potatoes: Place the peeled and quartered potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil. Cook until the potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
