Delicious Chicken Caesar Pasta Stuffed Peppers

- 4 large bell peppers (any color)
- 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini works well)
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
- Prep the Peppers: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes. Place them upright in a baking dish.
