Ingredients

1 medium seedless watermelon
1 cup boiling water
1 cup vodka (or any preferred alcohol)
1 package (3 oz) green jello mix
1 package (3 oz) black cherry jello mix
1 cup cold water

Instructions

Prepare the Watermelon: Cut the watermelon in half lengthwise and scoop out the flesh, leaving a thick shell. Set the watermelon shell aside and cut the flesh into small cubes for serving later.
Mix the Jello: In a bowl, dissolve the green jello mix in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved, then add 1 cup of vodka and 1 cup of cold water. Mix well.
