Ingredients
- 1 medium seedless watermelon
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup vodka (or any preferred alcohol)
- 1 package (3 oz) green jello mix
- 1 package (3 oz) black cherry jello mix

Instructions
- Prepare the Watermelon: Cut the watermelon in half lengthwise and scoop out the flesh, leaving a thick shell. Set the watermelon shell aside and cut the flesh into small cubes for serving later.
- Mix the Jello: In a bowl, dissolve the green jello mix in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved, then add 1 cup of vodka and 1 cup of cold water. Mix well.
- Fill the Watermelon: Pour the green jello mixture into one half of the watermelon shell. In a separate bowl, repeat the process with the black cherry jello mix, then pour it into the other half of the watermelon shell.
- Chill: Cover the watermelon halves with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the jello is fully set.
- Serve: Once set, remove the watermelon from the fridge and cut into bite-sized wedges. Serve the jello shots chilled, and enjoy!
