This Loaded Beef Nacho Bake features layers of seasoned ground beef, tortilla chips, and melted cheese baked to perfection. It takes about 40 minutes to prepare and serves 6 people.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 packet taco seasoning (or homemade equivalent)
- 2 cups tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup canned black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions for garnish
- Sour cream and guacamole for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
