Homemade Low Carb Oreo Recipe

Ingredients:

Dough mixture: 130g almonds, 50g linseed, 50g oatmeal, 100g dates, 25g cocoa powder, 3 tablespoons of honey
For the cream: 150g coconut rasps, 1 tablespoon coconut oil, 2 tablespoon honey

Recipe:

Put the dough mixture in a blender.
Mix until a lump is formed.
Put mixture on a sheet of baking paper.
Roll a sheet on it and roll it out till it is about 5mm thick.
Put this is the fridge to cool while we make the cream.

Put all of the cream ingredients in a clean blender and blend until smooth.

Grab your cookie dough from the fridge and put your cookie cutter into it like the video shows.
Pour some cream filling on into it and place another cutout cookie on top.
Now just repeat the process!
