Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 ripe avocados, sliced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
  3. Preheat the Grill: Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
