Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup long-grain rice, uncooked
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned and the onion is translucent. Drain excess fat.
  3. Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef and onion with rice, beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
