Full Flavor Veggie Broth Recipe

Ingredients:

Everything about vegetables and leftovers you have at home, 2l water, 2 tsp tomato, a proper shot of olive oil

I used carrots, zucchini, onion white, onion red, garlic, fennel, pars, beetroot, carrot, broccoli and parsnips 🙂
Also, I always collect onions, carrots or other vegetables In a plastic box.

The best thing to do is to take a vegetable plan and pick everything up.
DO NOT SHAME !!! Everything must be pure. It does not matter whether it is a stalk, a bowl or a root … Everything is pure 🙂
All this comes in a large roasting pan.

Now pour a clean shot of olive oil over it and add a tablespoon of tomato.

The roasting pan now comes into the oven for 2 hours … at 150 ° C.Wash the vegetables every 15-20 minutes. It should not burn, but rather dry.
A few black edges are however welcome 🙂

Take out the roasting pan and pour the vegetables over the water.
Again in the oven for 45 minutes.

Pull out again and straighten with a sieve.
The liquid comes into a pot and is simmered on medium heat and half reduced.

Fill into a lockable bottle and keep it in the refrigerator! 🙂
My last “production” I have already stored more than 1.5 months in the refrigerator.
