How To Make Potato Steak Nachos

Ingredients:

300g beefsteak, 1 large potato (about 250g), 1 handful of grated cheddar, 2 tablespoons of sour cream, 1 tablespoon of salsa, a little onion, 1 tsp of olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 tsp pepper, 1 teaspoon pepper, salt & pepper Spice up

Recipe:

Cut the potatoes into 2-3mm thick slices.
These slices come in a small bowl.
Add the olive oil, salt, pepper and pepper. Mix all ingredients well with your hands so that everything is evenly covered with spices and oil.

Put the slices on a baking sheet or grating.
These come into the oven at 200 ° C. for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, take the steak and grease it with olive oil.
Season it neatly with salt and pepper from both sides.

Heat a pan on high level and pour the steak into it.
Fry it for 3 minutes per side.

It is important that the steak does not lie on the plate. Otherwise it starts to “sweat” and you lose the delicious crust.

Clean the pan and place the potato chips in a circle.
Take the steak and cut it into thick cubes. Spread the dice on the chips and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
The pan comes again for 5 minutes in the oven. So that the cheese melts.
