Easy Halloween Jello Shots Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
1 package (3 oz) black cherry gelatin
1 package (3 oz) lime gelatin
1/2 cup vodka
1/2 cup tonic water (for a glowing effect)
Candy eyeballs or gummy worms for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Black Cherry Layer: In a bowl, dissolve the black cherry gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved, then mix in 1/2 cup of vodka and 1/2 cup of cold water. Pour the mixture into shot glasses, filling them halfway. Refrigerate for about 1 hour until set.
Prepare the Lime Layer: In another bowl, dissolve the lime gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved, then mix in 1/2 cup of tonic water and 1/2 cup of cold water. Once the black cherry layer is set, carefully pour the lime mixture on top of the black cherry layer in each shot glass. Return to the refrigerator and chill for another hour until fully set.
