Ingredients:
100g couscous, 150ml boiling water, 8 cocktail tomatoes, 4 pcs dates, 1/4 yellow peppers, 1 tablespoon dried tomatoes, 4 tablespoons of yogurt, 1 scallion, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 2 tsp curry, 1 tsp salt
Recipe:
Put the couscous in a bowl and pour it over with the hot water.
Cut everything to vegetables small, even the dates, and give them in to the couscous.
Now come the spices and the olive oil.
Mix everything well.
With a little yogurt garnish and that was it already 🙂
So simple and still so delicious …
