Cowboy Burger Bread Bowl

Here’s a quick way to make 6 cowboy bbq burgers in a snap!  We love burgers, barbeque sauce and pineapple so we threw it all into a bread bowl and called it dinner for a group.  You could even make this camping in a dutch oven!  Try it out and let us know how you enjoyed it in the comments below!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup barbeque sauce
2-3 pineapple ring slices
7 oz ground beef, cooked into 2 patties
1 pkg frozen onion rings
1 cup mozzarella cheese, chunks
Italian artisan bread loaf

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.  Cut large hole in top of Italian artisan bread loaf. Remove top and inner bread.  Place layer of mozzarella cheese, ground beef, cheese, onion rings, pineapple rings, barbeque sauce and finally more cheese.  Place top of bread onto entire loaf.  Press down to compact ingredients for at least 5 minutes.  Bake at 350F for 25 minutes. Remove and allow to cool about 5 minutes, then serve. Enjoy!
