Cheeseburger Pasta

Why make the same old spaghetti and meatballs for pasta night when you can give this interesting pasta variation a shot?  Can also be made with ground bison or turkey to reduce fat content.   The whole family will be requesting this dish next time you ask for dinner suggestions!

Ingredients:

1 package rigatoni
1 lb ground sirloin
1/2 cup red onion
1 can of crushed tomatoes, drained
1 cup milk
2 tsp flour
1 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp A1 sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar
2 tbs cream cheese

Cook pasta according to directions on box, strain (without rinsing) and set aside. Combine ground beef, onions, tomatoes, mustard and A1 sauce in pan on medium to high heat and cook until meat is brown. Once fully cooked, remove from pan into a bowl and set aside. In same pan, add milk and flour mixture and whisk until thickened. Add cheeses. Once the cheese has melted, add meat mixture and cooked pasta and serve immediately. Enjoy!
