60g oatmeal, 160ml almond milk, 1 tbsp chia seed, 1 tbsp honey, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 pinch of nutmeg, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla, 1 pinch of salt, 1 small apple diced, 25g chopped walnuts

Layer oatmeal, almond milk, chia seeds, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, salt, apple and walnuts in a lockable glass.
